So, in the inept 8th, what happens to such a demonstrably inept lawyer like Drew Christensen? He gets the job of deciding which lawyers are effective enough to handle major felony crimes.

Saw an editorial today about Howard Awand's "secret" hearing to hold him in contempt. He has asked that the hearing be public. Doesn't it violate the US Constitution to have a secret trial and put someone in jail when they request a public hearing. The government is using the secret nature of the grand jury as an excuse for a secret proceeding to put him in jail. Can the Judge just ignore the Constitution here?

Figler was obviously worried enough about the Show Cause hearing ordered by Judge Glass to have Tom Pitaro go in and argue for him. He lost.

ReplyDeleteIn reference to Mosley, it ISN'T AN ALLEGATION. I overheard it, while waiting outside of his chambers. Quirks are one thing, but demeaning the position of justice in which he represents, is what I call double standards. It would be like: sexual harassment in the form of making decisions about a defendant in his court room, based on the appearance of a hot female attorney representing a client. The bailiff, reports who the hot one's are. Seriously, you needed to be there to hear the unethical judge talk, BEFORE he want on the bench.
