Weekend Roundup

Elvis is alive! And stealing people's houses in Las Vegas? Apparently an Elvis impersonator is changing the locks on foreclosed homes and renting them out. Adverse possession anyone? The Nevada Supremes, in a unanimous decision, ruled 21 elected officials in Nevada are ineligible to run for re-election because of term limits. (Review-Journal)

  3. Those would be the 12 yr term limits under the NV Constitution. The date the term limit clock started running has been in dispute. That's what the post is discussing
