Clark County District Court Hearing Master Kevin Williams died in his home Tuesday morning. The 51-year-old judicial officer passed away in his sleep.Williams became the District Court's first criminal arraignment hearing master in 2006. He previously served as a Clark County public defender for 16 years. Williams began his career as a law clerk in 1989.
