Res ipsa loquitur

Attorney Robert J. Kossack set up a website for his client Chrissy Mazzoe ... and it is awesome. You may remember Ms. Mazzeo as the woman who accused Governor Jim Gibbons of assaulting her in a McCormick & Schmick's parking garage (more here and here).

If you would like to donate to her cause, Ms. Mazzeo accepts PayPal (via her site) or $1 bills (via her g-string).

Update: Be sure to check out the Plaintiff's Exhibit Gallery while you are at the site. That's some great lawyering, Bob. Thanks for the tip, CC.

  1. If it weren't for the picture of the woman as a child at the top right of her page, one might get the impression that this is a site advertising the services of this woman.

Of course, if Gibbons did what was alleged, then I say go for it. Unfortunately though, it appears, in my opinion, that this woman and her attorney are not trying to resolve the problem but are trying to humiliate the defendants into a settlement so she'll go away again.

  3. I say who cares. I just like the hat she's got on. Anyone know where I can get the hat? Hurry up and tell me while it's still "Cyber Monday!" Also, since when is such a thing as "Cyber Monday?"

  4. Attorney Robert Kossack was suspended from practicing law. He gambled all his clients escrow money and blamed it on his paralegal. He's a degenerate gambler. The suspension was only suppose to be for 18 months but it's been 2 years and his license still is not active. Anybody know where he's at? His business phone is disconnected and his landlord evicted him from his West Sahara office.
