Plaintiff's Powerhouse Building on Hold

Looks like the Mainor Eglet and Vannah Vannah building will have to wait until someone can figure out what to do with the existing home already on the land, which once belonged to Charles P. "Pop" Squires, one of the founders of Las Vegas.

Any chance they'll call it "The Walsh Building?"

(LVRJ; Thanks, Tipster!)
