The Legacy Marches On ...

Years after The Great One's removal, the curse of Department 23 continues.

LV Now is reporting that Liz's former bailiff, Johnnie "Rub My Feet" Jordan, was arrested early Sunday morning and booked into the North Las Vegas Detention Center.

Jordan was charged with two counts of lewdness with a minor under the age of 16 and two counts of sexual assault. His alleged victim is a 14-year-old girl.

Liz herself was kind enough to emerge and comment on the LV Now story ... at least we're pretty sure it's her.

  1. Just thinking about Big Lizzie's feet makes me ill. Now I have to think about this pervert?

  3. That has to be Halverson's comment. Who else would care enough to go on and on abut whether he lied in the Halverson matter without even so much as a mention of sympathy for this poor 14 year old girl?

  4. Let's see what the whole story is. It's just as likely he got nailed after telling her he forgot to hit the ATM and didn't have the money. "WTF?! I let you jack off on my feet while surfing Roseannbarr.com and you don't have da' money? Fuck you, mofo, I is calling the cops."

  5. He was arrested, not convicted. Apparently being arrested means you're guilty now. Maybe one of Halverson's underling's created false charges as payback... She's not above something like that. Either way, he hasn't been convicted of anything yet and the article is pretty sparse on details.

  6. "Apparently being arrested means you're guilty now"

Spoken like a true defense attorney. Can he come stay with you when he gets out of prison? Maybe you should introduce him to your daughter.

Point: 95% or people who are arrested are guilty. He'll get his due process, then he'll go to prison where he belongs.

  7. I'm attorney, Glen Lerner, one call that's all and I'll get you all the time you deserve and all the indictments the prosecution isn't telling you about. Hurt in an arrest and need the best, call me, I'm available 24/7 and I might think about doing some work on a case for once and not miss any hearings or trials. If you don't call me I will solicit you directly any way, that's what I do- whoops that's Randolph Goldberg's line. But Randy's a real attorney.

  9. These kinds of accusations are common in custody battles or otherwise from pissed off kids who use this crap as leverage.

  10. Nice work, 8:44. I look forward to your parody of the 1/2 Price Lawyers song.

8:43, I saw a trial not long ago where the PROSECUTION expert said that up to 15% or so of child molestation accusations are false, and it didn't take much coaxing to get that figure. That's 1 in 6.7 vs. 1 in 20. I hope this info will help you be a more effective douche.

  11. the charges are in. Not looking good for him. If he, uh, completed the endeavor with the customary ejaculate, chances are the rape kit will pick it up. And if that's the case, even the best defense attorney is facing the ugly task of trying to beat the crap out of a little girl on the stand. Best move is to delay trial while working hard to convince the girl that he life is fucked if she dares to testify.

  12. A heartwarming thought 10:43. Whoever would do that is a credit to the profession.

  13. 8:42 AM - A good defense attorney can turn a kid in minutes. If you get past the moral hangups, the child abuse and molestation cases are the best.
