Simpson leaving the courthouse Wednesday.
Doctor James Zinser is facing a misdemeanor charge for narcotics paraphernalia possession. Officers say he was acting suspicious. When they approached him, they noticed a crack pipe by his foot . . . Police say the pipe had warm foil in it, and no drugs were found.
To be fair to the doctor, the odds you happen to be standing next to a warm crack pipe near the RJC are pretty high.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was illegal to 'possess' drugs, meaning you had them in your physical possession or in an area that you had exclusive control over, or presumed control over (your home, apartment, etc.)

Even if the guy has crack in his system, it does not mean that was his crack pipe, it could have been a coincidence...... (bring in Gil Grissom & Sara Sidle, they'll solve this mystery)
I think O.J. threw that warm crack pipe by the doctor's foot as a diversion. How does it go? If it ain't your shit, you must acquit? Something like that.
Thank you to the other two who posted comments. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Just because a pipe was laying on the ground certainly doesn't label someone as a druggie...He has since had three drug tests that were all negative. If the foil was warm, why weren't the drugs in his system? There may be some corrupt doctors, there are corrupt people in every realm of life - that certainly doesn't mean all doctors, including Dr. Zinser are corrupt.
