Judge Glass makes a New York opinion - in the same sentence as Justice O'Connor and Hillary Clinton. Weird. http://www.leagle.com/unsecure/page.htm?shortname=innyco20100506272
I think the weird part was the pro se defendant, Mr. "General Val Thomas, Commander-in-Chief of the North American Union Army" of the "Second American Civil War."
Normally I would say "you can't get a billion if you don't ask for it." But in this case, I think Eglet might have some Gore vs. BMW problems if he hits for too much.
Psssh, forget Harris. I'm going to US Senate Candidate Chad Christensen's Float the Vote concert tonight.
Which btw, hey, Harry Reid, great job getting MGM financing to finish CityCenter! Too bad the builder and subs aren't getting paid now. What? Did the money go directly into your reelection campaign?
$500 million. The jury sent a message that Nevada could be considered the next Alabama. Bob's hair is the same color as Sheldon Adelson's. Coincidence? I think not.

Is the Richard Harris party open to everyone? It is not a party to endorse some lame PI lawyer(s) for judge is it?
ReplyDeleteAnyone..
ReplyDeleteThere is usually quite a few bums who show up. I don't think they are endorsing anyone.

11:24 - Is it too late to endorse a bum? I don't think the bum candidates have tried to run their spouse over. Recently, at least.
ReplyDelete10:57 and 11:12 Thanks for the response. I would actually endorse the bums over most of the judical candidates.
ReplyDeleteI want that campaign badge - "Vote for Bum"
ReplyDeleteHalf a billion in punitive damages awarded in hep c case? That's loco!
