Judge Halverson to the Rescue!

It's been slow on the gossip threads lately, but you can always count on Judge Halverson to supply some absurdity.

Harmful Error reports:

Troubled Judge Elizabeth Halverson has asked the state Supreme Court to pull her race and several others from the ballot because she believes a law that caused a de facto shortening of some judicial terms is unconstitutional.

I don't know, but maybe . . . just maybe Judge Halverson is asking to have her race pulled from the ballot because her status as a national joke might be hurting her chances of getting elected. Just a thought.
