"Cha-ching"
ReplyDeleteDo they have a two-tier parternship? If so, are the new "partners" only income partners, or are they full equity partners?
ReplyDeleteThere is obviously a major difference in compensation.
No offense to all you tall-building attorneys, but it's ridiculous that you spend 8 years of your life to become partner...
ReplyDeleteI sincerely don't get it. Even after you become partner, you're still not the ultimate boss. You have to answer to the senior partners etc. At the tall-building firm I worked at after graduation, the junior partners tip-toed around the office fearful of ticking off the senior partners. Confounding...
anybody have a ball park idea of what LR partners make in Vegas? both income and equity?
ReplyDelete9:17: The reason is because I don't want to be the ultimate boss. Sincerely, a tall building associate.
